Just out of university and with nary a goal penned down, Timothy was as lost as lost was. His father had successfully built a company in manufacturing and was willing to mentor him; but this was not to be. Unable to adhere to the 9-5 hours and office etiquette, after just 3 months into interning, Timothy found himself back on the bench without any experience or money.
One thing remained certain, however – his vision to build his own wealth.
Donn, a good pal had been for some time sharing his experiences as a real estate consultant and Timothy recognized the success that Donn was enjoying from his efforts. So after leaving his father’s manufacturing company, Timothy joined an Estate Agency and never looked back.
